Like many of you, I’m a Tulare girl through and through. I was born and raised in Tulare by parents who grounded me in “good, old-fashioned” values: hard work, honesty, responsibility, charity, faith and family. I have always tried to live my life by these values and they are a big reason why people turn to me as their “Local Lender with Local Values.”

In 1986, I entered Real Estate, got my broker’s license and opened my own real estate office. During this time, I was blessed to be involved with the local Board of Realtors and to be awarded “Broker of the Year”, as well as many other top producer awards. Over time, I ended up in the lending side of the business, which is where I have happily been for 23 years.

Because of my background in real estate, I know what both my Realtors and Clients value in a lender. You can depend on me to always provide trustworthy pre-qualifications, to be available when you need me, to be highly knowledgeable in the loan process and in a variety of programs but most importantly, to close your loan on time! Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions people will make in life, so I do my best to walk all of my customers through the loan process step by step with the utmost patience & understanding…because I’ve been in their shoes!  I am very good at explaining the lending process in a straight forward, simple manner so my customers do not have any surprises.

Getting my customers into their dream home it is the best feeling. The sense of pride and accomplishment I feel for them is amazing, especially when I have worked with a family for a long time to build their credit or get their finances in order. My customer’s happiness is important to me and by the time a loan is completed, I feel like I have a new friend!

My business has always thrived on referrals because of the personal connections I’ve made with my customers. My past customers appreciate my honesty throughout the entire process and they trust me to take the same good care of their family and close friends.    

   

When I am not helping another customer get into their dream home, you can find me riding horses, volunteering with local organizations, or spending time with my husband of 39 years and grandkids, who mean the world to me. Living and working in Tulare has shaped me into who I am, and makes me extremely grateful that I can continue to give back by providing great home loan service!
