A little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Tulare County in a large family; my parents instilled strict core values in their 12 children: Love of God, family and Country; moral values such as Integrity, self respect, accountability and a strong work ethic.
I had a 25 year career in Banking, and was ready to broaden my financial and sales skills. In 1995, I was fortunate to go to work for a local mortgage company, I found a new passion and I loved what I was doing. I wanted to become the best I could be; after 6 years in lending, my life’s path would lead me to obtain my Real Estate License in 2000. Prior to Real Estate sales, I went to work for the Title and Escrow industry as a Business Development Officer and later as a Sales Manager. The education I received was beneficial to my life’s plan. My personal goal was to learn as much of the Real Estate industry from all aspects involved in a transaction. I believe my experience with these three entities helped me to provide the best service I could. I enjoy being of service to the Public, developing relationships and networking with real estate professionals.
My passion was always in Mortgage Lending; there is no deeper satisfaction than playing a positive part in someone’s dream of home ownership. Every American should have an opportunity to live the American Dream. I take personal pride and pleasure in being a part of making dreams a reality. Helping prospective homebuyers understand the process through clear and concise communication. Discussing their needs and reviewing various options for them to consider and decide what type of loan is most beneficial for them. In my interview we discuss the initial out of pocket investment, sufficient assets to cover the lender fees and costs associated with processing loan and any additional factors that will determine their ability to apply for a mortgage loan and complete the terms of that loan. My responsibility as a licensed mortgage originator is to help provide them with the security and understanding of what their buying power is and what they can comfortably afford.
